who is your ISP, AT&T, FIOS, Roadrunner etc...? Is it their mail account or another, hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc...
If you are using an email account from your ISP they may have changed something on their end that is affecting you. And no they won't necc notify you of the cahnge.
The bigger ISPs are notorious for blocking ports/specific traffic because it is in THEIR best interest to do so. They could care less about restricting the service that YOU pay for.
