I'm using cheap-a$$ Whirlpool which I bough at IKEA (where else?). Works well, is quiet but lacks some stuff my old Bosch had. Most importantly, Bosch had electrically operated valve on the end of water hose (just where it connects to tap). I have been explained that this is a safety feature...should water hose to washer burst, Bosch won't leak as valve is just behind the connection.
Whirlpool valve is in the machine itself, so burst hose will spew water on my floor.
But I found Whirlpool machine user-friendly.
