In regards to Amsterdam I kind of have to go there. I have a lot of family in Harleem that I really want to visit. I also would love to make it to Budapest, but it just seems to far out of my reach if I land in Rome. Can I even rent a car in Rome then drive to London and return it? Basically, what ever one is the cheapest will win out, but if there is not that much of a price differential I will go with the one that offers me the most versatility. Museums, Ruins, and Historical sites are all on the list.
