The worst part was actually the initial needle stick in the nuts, for the anesthetic! Doctor told me give in a few minutes to take effect. He went to make the initial incision, guess what..... it didnt kick in enough. OOUUUCCHHH! I almost hit the ceiling! I needed another shot.
I did the scalpel free procedure. They make a small slit, pull the pluming out , snip and cauterize it. Then 2 small stitches. I walked around with a bag of frozen peas on my nuts for 2 days.
