I check my email this morning and the first new email is titled "Notice from the Department of the Treasury"
Strangely enough, I file with TurboTax each year, and I don't believe the IRS form anywhere requests an email address. The content reveals I am due a refund of $189.60, and is worded very generically, but refers to specific sections of tax code 497(c)(15).
Anyway, a convenient link is provided within the email to access the tax refund, and what do you know, the link is to a strangely named site :

Something tells me this has nothing to do with the Department of the Treasury!
