I guess your lawn was much nicer than that of the "B" lady and she felt that she was going to exercise that new notion by taking her rightful share of your lawn.
Afterall, you worked hard to plant it, feed it, water it and now that it's beautiful and is used by your children, it's time to share it with your neighbors who don't have a lawn or who refuse to maintain their lawn.
