It almost sounds like the dog concept hasn't caught on to some. Dogs need exercise. Dogs pee on every tree and poop when they need to poop. Are some suggesting that the owners are purposely leading the dogs to poop on other's lawns instead of their own? Makes no sense here as they are picking it up.
Yes there are inconsiderate dog owners, but I really don't understand the anger here. If you are so worried your child might sit where an animal/bird/insect once crapped, never let your child out of the house.... ever!
