The valve was bent when I bought the car, so I can only speculate about what caused it. I figure it is simply what you get with multiple previous owners and the Ruf dial-for-dollars knob. Eventually someone over-rev'd and floated the valves. The affected valve is #4 exhaust and there were nice little marks on a couple of piston tops. I believe the cams are/were factory.
My build will use 964 cams and am trying to select some springs now.
