I'm going to go with the pasta sheets or egg roll skins for now until I find a source. You can find cannelloni at most good italian restaurants. I guess I could ask them where they get their shells.

But there's no excuse for all these recipes that call for cannelloni when there is no place to get them. Why not call for hen's teeth or ground unicorn horn while their at it.

And you have to love the Italians. Be it automobiles, motorcycles, food, clothing, violins, cycling components, organized crime or large-breasted women, they are good at what they do! For a country that small to produce that many high quality goods is remarkable.
