Head-on, totaled truck, haggling to get the truck repaired, etc..
They offered a settlement today.
Offer is to pay 65% of medical,
no lost wage reimbursement and $1900 personal injury.
About $7000.
The number needs to be more like $40k.
I'm going to lawyer-up tomorrow. Farmer's adjusters have no conscience.
The 'pay as little as possible, as soon as possible' mentality really irks me.
