Dynolicious is a good one for the I-touch since it does not have GPS ability. $12.99 and it is pretty good. Cannot track map or eport data, but will plot skidpad and graph values so you can pick out max and min values for a run. It does 0-60, and hp too. Seems reasonably accurate as long as you get the weights of the car correct.
