you may be able to dispute the charge on a credit card if you used that mode of payment

this will likely continue until they are taken to task - that means either complaints to the Ga. Attorney General or a hired gun

First thing to do is send them either a fax (and save the printout that says they DID receive it) or a certified receipt USPS letter

never trust a phone call to an untrustworthy person...
