The word I have heard is that one of my local competitors here in Colorado recently flew out there and filed suit over a rebuilt transmission that he didn't pay them for.
He also owes us money over a similar deal where a rebuilt transmission was drop shipped directly to a customer and then we were mailed a check that bounced.
