Don't waste your time filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office in that state. Quite some time ago I bought a windshield from Henry "what's his name" who was an active seller on Ebay and familiar to quite a few here. When the windshield arrived at the shipper, I had them open it up to check it. It was totally smashed. I refused delivery, notified the seller who said he'd get another out immediately. Long story short, he didn't, didn't answer calls or emails, & wouldn't refund my money.
I filed a complaint w/ the SAG in his state. It went nowhere, and when I called them, I was told they are "only a mediator.'' I ended up getting an attorney in his city, spent the money to start a suit. He responded by getting an attorney to write me a letter. When my attorney talked to his and told him I was serious and going through with it, his attorney told the seller how much court was going to cost him and that he would lose, he refunded my money for the windshield.
Money well spent.
