my brother called. he attended some sort of new law enforcement expo in el paso texas. companies brought cool toys that go "bang". one that is worth mentioning is a custom .308 rifle that (didnt go bang) had a silencer. he said it is as quiet as his silenced ruger 10/22.
well, three items of interest were some dune buggies. armor plated, hot rodded dune buggies. gun turrets, computerized to the gills with gadgets, heat sensors, night vision, BAT MAN's Badmobile stuff. they were on a trailer, in a hotel parking lot, and got stolen! they took the entire trailer! great! imagine a dune buggy with a gun turret in the hands of the drug cartel? i wonder how they even got it over the border?
i dont think we will read about it in the news.
