It is what it is. It's not everybody's cup of tea. Somebody mentioned that all knock-offs should be eliminated. How about a guy that takes a 911T and makes it into a Carrera RS? What about all of our back-dated 911's?
There still was a lot of time and effort put into that thing. Would I spend the money on it? Probably not....
All of this talk reminds me of a Fiero I saw at a Pontiac show several years ago. A grad student stuffed a 400hp Northstar V8 into a Fiero 2M4 as his capstone design project. Completely stock on the outside, but one of the cleanest installs ever. He even fabbed his own header system on it. Meanest sounding car there. Probably THE coolest car at this show.
