-Paint job - where to start - zero prep, changed to white from yellow, probably hiding some unpleasantness
-in the absence of a VIN and engine typ # to prove otherwise, this is a '72T. Either US spec with a carb conversion, or Euro model
-garbage aftermarket seats
-incorrect wheels and they look like they could be aftermarket junk
-'S' bumper missing seals, fits poorly, probably aftermarket junk (score though, if it is real)
-junk mirror

Assuming the interior is in about the same condition as the outside, plenty of $ to be spent there too. Am guessing the crappy bodywork is hiding some rust. If those guess prove to be true, then I'd be significantly under $5k on this car.
