Follow all advice given above and proceed with caution. Locate and post the VIN and engine#s which will confirm if it is a Euro car. Absolutely, you must have a very close inspection for rust before you can even think about making an offer.
Some good points I noticed: Trim around the wheel wells is a fairly rare factory option and usually comes with the "S" front bumper which may indicate it is real and not fiberglas.
Carbs are typical for Euro 72's as are metric gauges--the VIN will confirm. Look for for a VIN something like, 911251XXX, with the 5 indicating a Euro car.
Clearly, the car has issues but, as stated before, decide what you are looking for, do a bit more investigating, report your findings back here, and proceed with caution. You may have found something worth your while.
