The advantages to the BB over the iPhone are
(1) corporate IT support: if you need it for work email, many IT depts still don't support iPhone
(2) physical keyboard: for heavy typing I think it is still better. I can type okay on the iPhone (most of my PP posts done on it) but not as fast. There is a learning curve with the iPhone onscreen kb, expect to dislike it for the first weeks.
(3) better battery life. If used heavily (constantly surfing web using WiFi, also bluetooth turned on) iPhone battery will last only about 8 hours of constant use. If use mostly as a phone, and turn WiFi and Bluetooth off unless actually using them, then battery life is no problem.

For everything else, iPhone is really superior.

I'm comparing a kb-based BB here, not the Storm.
