A couple of years ago one of my wife's coworkers husbands got busted for taking inappropriate pictures of his son and a friend.

Lucky for the guy, he is good friends with the editor of the local newspaper. He ended up getting released on some technicality, and the local paper basically made it sound like it was all a big misunderstanding and he was totally innocent all along. (Not true, the pictures do exist and were used as evidence in the trial.)

The parents got divorced while the guy was in jail, and now the son is being forced by court order to visit his dad--something he absolutely does not want to do.

Pretty sad if you ask me.
