Assuming the interior is in about the same condition as the outside, plenty of $ to be spent there too. Am guessing the crappy bodywork is hiding some rust. If those guess prove to be true, then I'd be significantly under $5k on this car.

That was kind of where I was at on it... I'm having trouble contacting the owner, and they won't set a price. I think maybe they're either shy, busy, or paranoid to show the car as well as not knowing how much to ask.

The paint being what it is and with all the other issues, it just may not be worth restoring, not by me anyway. But it's worth going to look at I suppose.
I'll reply back when I have more info.
