It is the force supposedly at play in all the soft styles. Tai Chi, Pa Qua, Yin Yang, etc. It is supposedly what lets a 70 yo little old wizened tai chi master throw a man twice his size 20 feet with the slightest of movement.
Me, i don't know personally, but Bruce believed it was real.

S, Bruce Lee did not beieve in the "mystical power" of chi. At least according to the 9 books I've read about his life, and some of the individuals who personally trained with him
