Well, started around 11PM yesterday, as we are getting a lot of rain in FL.
I have a flat roof over my home office (converted screen room) and been looking est. to fix, the contractor suggested that I think about adding trusses to do away with the flat roof and a way to cheat a few more feet in the hight for my still planned garage. While sitting at the desk last night, I felt drips, figuring that water had pooled up, I climbed on the roof, in the rain with a big broom (yea, I know, between my knee, back, gut & hand, I shouldn't be climbing of the roof at midnight in the pouring rain
and cleared it off. Didn't have time to check it this morning, as I have morning appt. all week
So when I get back in this afternoon, sure enough, much worse, key board wet among other things
I did figure a way to make the water flow off, but I will have some major wood work this weekend. Oh well, just one more thing...
