She was born 2/16/07.
Yeah, our daughter gets a chip when she goes on the potty.
She does not go to daycare, so hopefully that will lead to an easier/faster transition.
So you use pull-ups, huh? I've heard mixed things about that. The pros are obvious, but the negatives are that they are too much like regular diapers and the kids don't mind going in them. But that doesn't sound like the case with your daughter. So she still feels the uncomfortable wetness even with the pull-up?

I wonder after she gets the hang of this, how long will it take before she makes it through the night.
