I think the major difference is that the R32 is a "wanker car" and the 928S4 is a modern day classic. Also, I don't drive anything competitively with a fwd chassis architecture. I also don't care how my grand tourers get from stoplight to stoplight, and if anything I would want to go slow to be seen in the damn thing! They (928's) are a rarity on the road these days and people in the know really, genuinely enjoy seeing them.
