I recently took a online real estate class. The teacher also teaches the class normally so all the lectures were available online via streaming video. He also made available the powerpoints from the lectures and made chapter outlines. There were 2 tests for each chapter, one vocab test and one multiple choice. There was a time limit for each test, but it since you could have your book in front of you they were really easy. I guess the teacher could changed the difficultly by giving you less time. With high speed internet accessing all this was very easy. There was also a few writing assignments spaced out through the term, I honestly really liked it since I could do things on my own time. I mostly just read the chapters and didn't watch the videos, but they were there if I wanted them.
