I guess I am quite lucky, my wife gets a little more passive/aggressive during that special time but not much else.

Personally when I hear women at work or female friends believing that their hormonal cycle somehow gives them permission to behave badly I just want to tell them to suck it up and control themselves. I have had women who lit off in a meeting and then believe that "PMS" was sufficient justification and thus no apology was required. My commentary was that if women in senior positions could not exert sufficient self control to at least not lose it in a meeting or find a way to exit less gracelessly, then perhaps the chauvinists are right.....and women do not belong in business.

I am now exiting this room, and seeking protection from what I am sure is a firestorm of indignation....run Dennis, run!!!!
