No, he was pretty tight lipped about it when I pressed him further. There was a rumor that it might get the ecoboost (turbo) six, but it looks like that might be reserved for a later SVO.
But for the Bullitt, I imagine it wouldn't derive much from the current Bullitt formula; aesthetically restrained, slight bump in power, some interior touches.

Normally, I would say buy used but since you appear to be pretty monogamous with your car(s) choices, I would be more concerned about getting the better package vs. any loss of value.
