I would suggest checking bike clubs in Phoenix and maybe a shop that deals in old stuff. I recently sold my 1983 Vitus frames road racer and it had Campy Super Record bits on it for $600 and threw in a bunch of other stuff such as a set of road racing wheels from the old 7-11 team. I put my Motobecane tandem up for sale and was originally too high and after talking to some shop guys dropped the price about 40%. So as I said, I'd ask some shops.
