TTT stem and possibly, handlebar and 80s Sella Italia saddle. The rest of the components appear to be pretty low grade unfortunately. Looks like a steel seatpost and saddle clamp, very inexpensive Dia Compe style brake levers, crank looks to be cast Japanese or French. Bike rack $13 back in the day. Looks also to be 56-58 cm with touring geometry, so the typical rider should be about 5-10 to 6-0. Stem looks like it was replaced as it's too short for what a frame size like this would come with. My guess the previous rider was too short for the bike.
