Uh, well... From the last email the owner sent me, I think that he thinks he's sitting on a goldmine or something in that ballpark.
He wouldn't give up any contact info so I could come look at the car, just wanted offers off the 3 lousy pictures I posted. So I politely emailed him back and told him that from what I could see I thought it might be worth $4k or maybe $5k max. His reply was "It's worth so much more than that!".
As far as I'm concerned he can keep it. I noticed it is still listed on the Northern Virginia Craigslist if you're interested, and it likely will be for a very long time....
