My take on this is that all drywall "gypsum", foreign and domestic, is made from spent fly-ash from coal plants.
The Chinese just burn the high sulfur coal(and probably other things) in the mix.
Byron- open 'er up, air it out, and spray liberally with bleach. You may just get away with insulation and drywall.
Black mold is a killer of children and pets, and could result in a lawsuit from a future buyer.
