I've been using Mozy. It was recommended by one of my guys at the office and has been working great so far. I have around 125GB backed-up there.
BackBlaze is supposed to be good as well, but I have no personal experience.
Both support Windows and Mac and run in the background on your machine in a "set and forget" mode.
I previously used Upline from HP for a while, but they shut it down.
I also back up my personal files to a NAS device with dual mirrored 1TB drives. At work we have an elaborate disc+tape backup system with the tapes going to Iron Mountain for offsite storage. We are not currently backing-up work files to the cloud for several reasons, but mostly bandwidth.
