Buy a kit, pelican I think has a rebuild kit, otherwise 928intl or ************ does. Kits are I think less than $30 depending on model, and take maybe an hour or so to do even the first time. Replace the filter at the same time, and make sure none of the hoses are leaking.
New crush washers all around as well.
