Tiny bit of progress. I decided to bond the quarter on versus weld. the sheetmetal is like heavy tin foil and much easier to get on with some structural polyurethane and lots of clamps. Quick test fit here. The issue really is time. hoping to have the whole thing done next weekend. Front end should be here on Wednesday.
