Try mercedesshop. It's the only MB forum I found that actually has real techs on it. The rest are teens busy figuring out rim sizes to make their ride look phat. 
There's also the EPC. https://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/welcome.jsp It's the actual MB online parts catalog, and is free for North-American customers. This way you can see the schematic, and if that part is available individually or as a big assembly.
