Well done! I hope to make a similar shameless plug myself one day soon.
Are you self-published, or do you have an agent and a publisher? I'm currently trying to get an agent for a book I've written. It's about the oldest bar in every state, so it's a similar genre. Of course, I'm targeting agents who prefer my genre, so your agent might be interested in my book. Perhaps a PM?
BTW, the oldest tavern in Mississippi, King's Tavern, in Natchez (est. 1789), has some amazing ghost stories. I actually got chills down my spine while listening to a waitress's story. Some of the other 49 bars had ghost stories associated with them, but King's Tavern was the best.
Also, the oldest tavern in PA is the General Wayne Inn (est. 1704) in Merion, just outside Philly. There are many ghost stories associated with the place. The best one concerns a Hessian soldier who was staying at the inn during the winter of 1777-78 when the British had control of the area. While in the cellar to retrieve a bottle of wine, some displeased colonists ambushed and killed the soldier, and buried him right there in the cellar. Ever since, water taps have been turned on and off at night, and objects are sometime seen flying across rooms. Ghosts just love throwing stuff.
