She does now. That's why she emailed me in the first place. This is her email which accompanied the picture:
"question for you….the little gold part above the handle…is it supposed to be pushed down like that?"
I explained that it does indeed appear to be cocked. She then replied "OMG" and suggested I come over to rectify the situation. I asked her if the gun is unloaded to which she replied, "I know that there is not a bullet in the chamber but she said she thought there were old bullets in some part of it that need to come out. Ok I am soo not touching that thing until you look at it…Scary!"
