I'm doing 996TT on my 996 C2, but I haven't heard of anyone doing 996TT on a 997... I'd assume they are far too different as you'd need to change wheel carriers.
You may have better success looking at putting 997 TT or 997 GT3 brakes on your 997 C2. At least then you're in the same generation.
