I see that you're in FL, so this may not apply.

Here in MA, when you have your car valet-parked it's considered a bailment and the valet is responsible for returning it in the same condition -- regardless of what is printed on the ticket.

It might be worth a call/conversation with the valet parking company, or a lawyer.
