Ah well that is a little different... I don't know if it is possible or not, and my experience has shown me that it is almost impossible to find people that do this sort of custom swap.
Even with mine, I've had to piece together information from many sources as no one person gave me all the information I needed to know. I do write a blog now on the subject of DIY but it won't help you.

What I would recommend is to email companies that make brake upgrade kits and see if they have fabricated an adapter to do what you're looking to do.
