well lets see firt do you have the double relay for the l jet

if not you can put a ground to one of the 4 pins on the relay board ( drivers side front ) and the fuel pump will work with the key... not the best way but it works

the right way is to connect the wires in the airflow sensor ( check the haynes for correct pins ) to the double relay and the fuel pump to that, the relay pack has one relay that gets its power from the coil and its ground from the ground under the relay board, then the relay for the fuel pump gets its power from the other relay and its feed goes through the airflow sensor and also gets it ground from under the relay board ( same wire as power relay ) now there is a big red wire that feeds into the double relay fuel pump relay to the feul pump, you can pop off the cover and push the relay for the fuel pump to check to make sure the pump and the wiring is ok after that there is some tracing to do

hope this helps if not feel free to email i have a l jet that i am
pretty good at
