Bob's MO lately has been to call me from either where he is currently working or from a friend or family member's phone. I've been able to trace most of the phone calls to either Naperville or a member of his family.

Now these two phone calls could be isolated incidents, but I have a feeling that they are both from him, as his calls tend to come in a short period of time from different phone numbers. At least I have a good idea that where he works now.

Keep in mind, I haven't spoken to him in four years at this point. This shows his level of determination. Most people would stop calling if they didn't get called back in six months or a year.
