I forwarded the link to the story to the Panorama editor. Seems like the type of story they would print.
Of course, excellence doesn't do e-mail (?). Maybe someone from this board who lives in CA can e-mail the guy, do a freelance story and send it to excellence. If you do, don't forget my finder's fee!
