Years ago, historic races, parking in the PCA paddock. Guy directing the parking, probably thinking it would look cool, showing the years differences, directed me to park my '72S near a then new first year 996.
996 guy said to the parking guy, making sure it was loud enough for me to hear: "I don't want that old P.O.S. parking next to my new car."
I moved...there's no cure for ignorance.
