I think Bridgestone has the most experience in run-flats but I'm not sure they are the best. I'm running S02's on the C4S now and do like the Bridgestone tires, have not had enough experience with the run-flats on the X-5 to say for sure but they seem like good tires.
Again, I think you'll be ok with the aspect ratio your car will run. It's the 35/40 aspect ratio run-flats that seem to be more problematic. And the technology gets better every year so you should be ok with the run-flats. My opinion of course!
