Has anyone tried these exhaust studs
A UK firm with stainless exhaust studs for aircooled Porsche and VW applications. They're a little cheaper, but more importantly I would think the stainless might hold up pretty well. I don't know if there would be any metallurgy concerns between alloy heads and the stainless.
