Be careful with the VAT and shipping from the UK, it is very high. Also, unless this alloy of SS is made for extreme heat, I would run away. Most common SS such as 316, 440, etc. will gall after exposure to heat making removal of the nuts very difficult.
You might be able to contact the seller, if he specifies A2 SS (don't tell him - let him tell you) then you will be fine.
