I haven't watched the video, but when a cop asks you to do something, just do it, and you won't have problems. If someone refuses, what's the cop supposed to do, back down, let folks do what they want? It's going to end in an arm bar or tazing or beating with a stick. I'm guessing that anything with a 72yo is risky. Arm bar risks broken bones, but I suspect less likely. Tazing risks heart attack. Just don't put yourself in the position for the cop to be considering his options and you won't have a problem.
