ok, i get a feel where you "patience" level is; are you always "on time"?
the flip side of the coin. when you make plans, are you on time? i always try to be on time. if anything, it is for the sake, that my timing sometimes affects others.
my wife is having friends over for dinner, cool people. they are never ever on time. i am going southern style. fried chicken, mash potatoes +gravy, and greens. top it off with some home made biscuits for gravy sopage. with the exception of the greens, everything is better piping hot, fresh cooked. the group just called. they are running one hour behind. i am not heating up an oven or fry oil til they get here.
sadly my kitchen is tiny. i cant get guest involved. simply no room. i will be downgraded to cook, while my wife keeps the guest chatty.
i am practicing "patience". beer helps, but i havent cracked a bottle yet.
oh, you = your (in my thread title)
